FOR 3.55 CFWs
Download: Solar.pkg
Download: Solar_RELOAD_RM.pkg
FOR 4.xx CFWs
Download: Solar_v4.2_CFW4.xx

After installed it can be launched from XMB or automatically while Rogero Manager...
