OpenCMA r3 released

An update has been released for OpenCMA. This allows PS Vita users to connect their PS Vita to a PC without the need of an internet connection. Revision three brings further patches preventing your Vita from automatically updating.
Installation:

1. If CMA is running, turn off CMA
2. Extract all files to the CMA installation directory
3. Run run.bat, (WIN7 user may need to run as administrator)
4. Re-run CMA
