    4. Regarding Donations: Devs and other contributers are allowed to put a link for donations. IT MUST BE VOLUNTARILY GIVEN BY THE USER. Meaning you cannot demand a donation for the project you are working on or releasing. If this is found on our site we will delete the post and purge your account off the site.

    What can a theme do ?
    Is it only some artwork replacement,
    or can themes make their own view settings ?

    I would love a theme that supports retro roms and it's artwork (wheelart / 2D covers / 3D covers / backgrounds / emumovies / manuals / maps) more and shows the game full name rather then the romname.
    I have hyperspin and gamex stuff a-plenty.

    Another one of my desires would be a completely kids-safe theme that shows only the games / retro games and for which settings etc do not appear.
