Controller Loses Sync????

I just installed this on my Slim and randomly the Controller now loses Sync.. ?? any clue?

I Flash with JF the Locked with Matrix Manager

weird.. have you tried a different controller to make sure its not the controller ?

Yes that was the first thing.. I also Pulled the Jtag Wire and removed the USB flasher thin in the Back.. It happens alot Less but still there, I'll pull Jtag Wire and see if that stops it..

Edit: I removed Jtag wire works fine now.. any Idea what I can do now...
