Not wanting the thought of Assassin’s Creed III to leave our minds even for an instant, Ubisoft has supplied new details on the upcoming adventure.The game takes place in two main cities – Boston and New York. As the game progresses, the cities will start to change and develope. Historic events like The Great Fire of New York, the Siege of Boston and the Battle of Bunker Hill will also occur throughout the plot and have their own effect on the environments.
Seasons will play a big part in the game and change up a lot of the environment. For example, in winter you might find water sources frozen over, providing new paths for newbie Connor to cross, while AI struggle to keep up in the harsher conditions.
We’ll see Connor in his younger, pre-death machine form, too, much like Ezio in Assassin’s Creed II. That likely means we’ll discover why he becomes an assassin, and you can be sure it’ll have something to do with much blood.
Benjamin Franklin, George Washington and Charles Lee will all also appear throughout the story. Connor will also be navigating through and around huge battles with his own objectives in mind.
Every drip of info is more intriguing than the last. We can’t wait to see more on this one.
