MTX spi flasher

İ have 2 opened MTX spi flasher and when i try plug usb cable to its, windows cannot recognise its even i can't see in DEVICE MANAGER "Memory Access" so this Pic. come blank or can i activate bootldr with a special trick?Because i see a boot pad near GND point.(I tryed connect it to the gnd but nothing change)
