when i had 3.55 geohot, i couldn't launch any software, that's i waited for a CFW or dongle which bypass the bluray drive.

Ok. Here is a guide I found that may help you pinpoint your problem with the blu ray drive.

i tried the option 3, it did it, but said my filesystem was corrupt, dit it say it all the time before it do the job?
i tried the option 4 and it didn't do it, it says access to my hdd is impossible !
maybe it's a hdd problem and not a logic board problem?
I did all that while i have the cobra usb plugged in.

Well that was where I was sort of heading next, was wondering about the hdd.

If option 3 finds the HDD corrupt, then it will fix it. Then Option 4 usually repairs anything Option 3 fixed.

I would try to do Option 3 and Option 4 again without Cobra Dongle in.

Do you have another hdd to try out? Or if you nothing really worth saving, you could do a format and reinstall the firmwares.

i dit a option 3, 4, 5 without the cobra usb, i didn't had any error, i plug in the cobra usb, install mmCM, cobra manager, and black screen.
maybe it'sz not the hdd, but i will see to try an other one.

Yeah when doing things in recovery its probably best not too have Cobra Dongle in. Your hdd is probably just fine.

Yeah just go through the troubleshooting on the Blu ray drive, to try and pinpoint the problem.

If your logic board is fine, you can just get a working blu ray drive and trade your logic board with it. I have done that before on one of my PS3's.

If the Logic board is not good, then you would have to do the remarry process.

Or you just need a lens. So just check out that link I gave you and go through the options on it.

Only the KEM-400 optical drives have IR sensors for discerning when discs are inserted into the Blu-ray drive. If your IR Sensor is no longer working, you can attempt to replace it, however, it will in no way affect the performance of your Blu-ray drive.

i can put 3/4 of a cd and it swallow it. no i have to search a guide to replace it and where to buy a new IR sensor.
